A 20-year-old female student reported a man in the IM Sports-Circle women's locker room on Sunday afternoon, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The student told police the man left the building when she saw him in the locker room.Officers reported they arrived at the scene, and spotted the 19-year-old Lansing man attempting to get into a vehicle. When the man saw the officer, he ran away, but was apprehended. He was arrested in Beal Botanical Garden for disorderly conduct and for violating an MSU ordinance.Shannon Houghton
