• Two male suspects who were involved in an armed robbery Thursday in East Lansing remain at large, East Lansing police Lt. Tom Vanderwoude said. The men robbed a Battle Creek man at gunpoint, taking $250 near Quality Dairy, 808 W. Michigan Ave., and then fled westbound in a truck. The gunman was described by the victim as a light-skinned black male, about 5 feet 11 inches or 6 feet tall and the truck as tan colored, with a trailer containing lawnmower equipment. • A male suspect who fled on foot after he was involved in a home invasion and police chase Friday has not been located, East Lansing police Sgt. Scott Wriggelsworth said. The suspect was described as a white male in his 40s and was wearing a New York Mets baseball hat, a gray-hooded sweatshirt and khaki pants. Nothing appeared to have been taken from the home and police took the driver of the car, a 60-year-old Chicago man, into custody. • A male student reported his textbook stolen from a first-floor classroom in Berkey Hall on Tuesday between 2:40 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., MSU Department of Police and Public Safety Sgt. Maureen Kennedy said. The book is valued at $50. Police have no suspects.• Seven temporary parking permits, totaling $140, were stolen from the Psychology building on Wednesday morning, Kennedy said. The permits were in the hallway of the second-floor of the building, which is under construction.Jonathan Malavolti
