Jim Lala's column ("Liberal students' silent protest doesn't need words to be whiny" SN 4/26) is refreshing. While I don't necessarily agree with all of his views, and believe that some are a tad extreme, I commend The State News for running an article that would have never been printed during my four and a half years on campus. I am happy that The State News may finally be embracing true diversity of opinions.
