An 18-year-old female student was in Baker Hall looking for a classroom on Sunday when an unknown man approached her and grabbed her arm, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. The man then tried to drag the woman to his car.The woman resisted and managed to pull away from the man by kneeing him in the groin. He then went to his car and drove away.Police have no suspects. · A 22-year-old male student told police he received telephone calls from an unknown person between Tuesday and Thursday, McGlothian-Taylor said.The student said he received two messages on his McDonel Hall room phone and two messages on his cell phone that he considered to be nuisance calls.The calls could be the result of the student posting his résumé on the Internet, which listed his phone numbers, McGlothian-Taylor said.Police are investigating.· A male student, 22, told police his car was damaged between Feb. 9 and Thursday, McGlothian-Taylor said.Scratches in the paint were reported on the driver and passenger side doors, possibly done with a key. The car was parked in Lot 89 near Mount Hope Road and Farm Lane.Damage is estimated at $500, and police have no suspects.· A 21-year-old female student reported her 1991 Geo Prizm stolen from a parking lot near Morrill Hall on Thursday, McGlothian-Taylor said.The student said she locked the driver side door but was unsure if she had locked the passenger side.The car, valued at $2,000, was recovered on Saturday in a parking lot near Grand River Avenue and Bailey Street.There was no damage to the car and nothing stolen from the inside.
