The No. 5 Spartans need to forget Wednesday's 72-50 thrashing at the hands of Duke, and they have to do it quick.

MSU (3-2) takes on No. 14 Oklahoma (4-0) at noon Saturday in the Spartan Clash at The Palace of Auburn Hills. ESPN will show the contest.

MSU head coach Tom Izzo said he is doing all he can to make sure MSU doesn't have another poor showing like the one against the Blue Devils.

"We are definitely going to change our starting lineup for Saturday, and we're going to try not to embarrass our fans or this institution again," he said.

The Spartans lost their last game with the Sooners, a 60-58 setback in Oklahoma City last year.

On Dec. 13, the Spartans will welcome Kentucky to Ford Field for the BasketBowl - a game expected to have more than 75,000 in attendance. The game will be at 4 p.m. and shown on CBS.
