I'm a recent graduate who's now living and working in Madison, Wis. Last Saturday was a game I'd been looking forward to all year. I also had a large group of friends who made the drive from MSU only to witness the most pathetic, uninspired performance I've ever seen.

I was appalled when I witnessed players coming off the field laughing after getting two consecutive offside penalties on a punt. I'm glad the team finds looking like fools so funny. You can accept a hard-fought loss, but you can feel nothing but shame from a performance such as Saturday's.

At least we won't have to worry about fans traveling a long way to witness MSU give up 85 points in a bowl game, Detroit is only an hour away.

Thanks again to the team for coming to Madison and humiliating the program.
