A 22-year-old female student told police that a 20- to 35-year-old man peeked into the bathroom window of her University Village apartment early Wednesday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The student said she was preparing for a bath when she observed a man outside breathing heavily. She screamed and left the bathroom before contacting police.The man was white and wearing a dark baseball hat.Steve Eder
