A male student told police that his electronic scooter was stolen from a bike rack outside the Engineering Building, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The bike's front wheel was locked to the rack when the student went to class on Monday afternoon."When he returned, the scooter was missing, but the wheel remained," McGlothian-Taylor said.
