A 23-year-old male parking enforcement employee told police he was assaulted by a pizza delivery man outside South Case Hall on Sunday night, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The victim said the delivery man, a 23-year-old student, refused to take a ticket and attempted to tear it up. Eventually he threw a crumpled envelope at the parking enforcer, striking the end of his nose.The victim said the suspect drove away quickly.The case is being sent to the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office for review.
