A 20-year-old female student told police that her boyfriend assaulted her Wednesday morning at her Spartan Village apartment, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.Police arrested a 19-year-old male, who was transported to the Ingham County Jail. He also was cited for giving police incorrect identification information.The victim had a small scratch under her eye.Steve Eder
