A 23-year-old female student told police that an unknown man peeked into her window at Spartan Village early Wednesday, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The student said she was in bed with her lights off when she observed a person with short hair trying to look through her window. Police canvassed the area, but did not locate anyone.
