Two 18-year-old male students were cited for receiving stolen property after police found a Cottage Inn Pizza sign in their dorm room, MSU Police Inspector Mary Johnson said.Officers were in the students' Akers Hall room for another investigation when they noticed the sign.The sign is valued at $75.• Three vehicles parked near the MSU Pavilion were damaged when strong winds blew two metal racks into them.The damage to the vehicles was estimated at $4,400.
