A 26-year-old male student was cited for using a forged handicapped parking permit on campus, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.After the student's car was impounded, he reported to the MSU Department of Police and Public Safety to claim the vehicle. Police said he acknowledged that the car was impounded because of the fake permit.The case has been forwarded to the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office.Steve Eder
