An university employee told police a golf cart was stolen from the bike racks outside of the Computer Center, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The enclosed cart, valued at $10,000, was said to be stolen between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The cart was used for Computer Center employees to transport materials.Police have no suspects.Steve Eder
