A 22-year-old male university employee and a 21-year-old male student reported their wallets, driver's licenses, cell phones, a handbag and a backpack stolen from IM- Sports West on Sunday morning, MSU police Sgt. Maureen Kennedy said.The items stolen totaled $600, Kennedy said. A 23-year-old female university employee reported her cell phone stolen from a desk in the Case Hall kitchen on Friday morning, Kennedy said.The Nextel cell phone is valued at $50, Kennedy said. The employee had left the items unattended. A 22-year-old female reported receiving an obscene phone call in her Cherry Lane Apartment on Wednesday morning, Kennedy said.The unknown male caller whispered obscenities to the female, Kennedy said. A 53-year-old female university employee reported her backpack stolen from her office in North Kedzie Hall on Wednesday morning, Kennedy said.The employee's L.L. Bean backpack is valued at $50 and contained personal items worth $20, Kennedy said. Joseph Montes
