For every beginning there must be an ending.
The conclusion comes Saturday night for Wharton Center's 20th anniversary season with Jonathan Dawe's "Wharton Center Concerto." The MSU Symphony Orchestra performance, composed by Dawe and featuring pianist Robert Taub begins at 8 p.m.
Student tickets are available for the show for $5. All other tickets range in price from $16-$28.
Dawe is a member of the graduate faculty at Juilliard School.
The concerto was commissioned by Wharton Center in honor of the anniversary.
Taub was appointed artist-in-residence at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton in 1994. He is known for recording the complete Beethoven Piano Sonatas, which he has performed at Wharton Center.
