Thursday, 3-4:30 p.m.: Venezuela's Political Impacts on the Arts and Music, Room 201 International Center. Discussion by Raphael Jimenez, School of Music visiting associate professor.
Friday 7-8:30 p.m.: Presentation by Amado Balderas, the Culturas de las Razas Unidas Room in Wilson Hall
Saturday 4-7 p.m.: "Noche de Amor con Mariachi" dinner, Spartan Village Community Center
Feb. 19, 3-4:30 p.m.: Meaning by Design: Ceramics, Feasts and Figured Worlds in Postclassic Mexico, Room 201 International Center. Discussion by Elizabeth Brumfiel, president-elect of the American Anthropological Association.
Feb. 22, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.: 10th Annual Dia de la Mujer Conference, Kellogg Center. Dia de la Mujer is an annual meeting of Chicana/Latina women who come together from all parts of the Midwest to celebrate, share information and discuss issues of concern. This year's theme is "Abriendo Caminos, Mujer a Mujer."
