Police briefs 06/06/01

A 20-year-old woman reported her underwear stolen, MSU police Sgt. Jennifer Brown said.The theft occurred Thursday. The student said eight pairs of women’s cotton underwear had been removed from the Mason Hall laundry room. Losses are estimated at $20. Police have no suspects.

  • Several employees reported a break-in to Student Services, police said.The break-in occurred between Friday and Sunday. Several offices within the building were entered. Losses include a Web cam, valued at $120, and several cash boxes with an undetermined amount of money. Police have no suspects.
  • A female student reported her bike stolen from Lot 30, near Fee Hall, Brown said. The theft occurred between Friday and Monday. The bike was valued at $250. Police have no suspects.
  • A 49-year-old university employee reported her checkbook stolen.The checkbook was located in room 30 of the Kellogg Center at the time of the loss. The checkbook contained credit cards, phone cards, ID and cash estimated at $150. Police have one suspect.DREW M. HARMON
