Police briefs 04/17/01

Three 18-year-old male students were cited Sunday for possession of marijuana.An MSU police officer on patrol spotted the students smoking near some bushes at Armstrong Hall at about 11:50 p.m., MSU police Detective Tony Willis said. The three were given misdemeanor tickets for the charge.

  • A glass panel on a door to the west side of the Wells Hall C-wing was broken Sunday.The door was damaged between noon and 12:45 p.m., Willis said. Damage is estimated at $200 and police have no suspects.
  • The glass panel on a north entrance door in Erickson Hall was found broken Sunday, Willis said. Damage is estimated at $200 and police have no suspects.
