A 21-year-old female student was inappropriately touched by an unknown man while on campus Saturday.The student was sitting on a bench with her dog when the man sat down next to her to pet the dog, MSU police Detective Tony Willis said.The two talked for about 10 minutes when the man put his hand on the student’s shoulder, she told police. She told him she didn’t like the gesture, and he then touched her breast before propositioning her for sex. The student left the scene immediately and reported the incident to MSU police.The man is described as white, about 5-foot-6, in his 40s and with a thin build and brown hair. He was last seen walking north on the foot bridge by Wells Hall.The incident is under investigation.
