A 19-year-old female student was cited for using marijuana Monday in her Armstrong Hall room.An MSU police officer noticed the smell of marijuana while on foot patrol inside the dorm and a police dog search brought officers to the students door, MSU police Detective Tony Willis said. The student admitted to police she had smoked marijuana with several friends about two hours earlier.Police seized several pieces of marijuana paraphernalia. The case has been forwarded to the Ingham County Prosecutors Office.
