Word on the street

McNamara

What do you think of the warm November weather?

“I loved it. I was very surprised by it. I spent a lot of my time sitting on my front porch and watching other people enjoy the warm weather and doing a whole lot of nothing.”

Alex Chockley

zoology senior

“The warm weather was quite the unexpected Indian summer. It brought a smile to my face and hopefully a twinkle to my eye. It was one of the best things ever.”

Michael McNamara

general management senior

“I loved it — I was actually really worried about the football game; I thought it was going to be snowing for the Nov. 7 game, but I was able to wear sandals and I didn’t have to wear a coat. I skipped my classes this morning so I could walk around town and hang out with my friends. I loved it. It was beautiful outside.”

Mackenzie Patterson

kinesiology freshman

“I really enjoyed the warm weather because I really hate being cold. You can really choose what you want to wear. I really enjoy wearing shorts and not having to wear a heavy coat. Getting to class is a lot easier — not having to tread through snow and I can ride my bike.”

Nam Le

Lyman Briggs freshman
