Don’t get me wrong, every city needs cops, but when 95% of east lansing’s arrests and citations are regarding alcohol and taking advantages of students, I’m happy they are removing some of the officers. It is a waste of money, and it is causing a bad relationship between students, permenant residents, and the city.
