<description>The comments in this article are ridiculous. 

	“I’m not really surprised … there’s construction up here every summer,” he said. “It’s kind of irritating, I wish that they could make a deadline and hit it.”

	Unfortunately sometimes issues like weather are out of the contractors control. In this case if they are waiting to perform the final paving course, they can not do that if it is raining or if the ground is wet. With that said I would think they would be able to pave the first part of next week.</description>

<description>The University Engineer doesn&#8217;t know why the top pavement was delayed? That is ludicrous.

	Question, who exactly is in charge at michigan state? I don&#8217;t get any feeling of confidence that it&#8217;s the Board of Trustees, the President, the Provost, or any of the Chairs of the Departments.</description>
