<description>the diff &#8211; do you really think your TA&#8217;s pay rate going up $300 a year has a major impact on the budget of the university? The university budget is over 1 billion dollars per year.

	MSU already has the lowest tuition in the Big 10.  I&#8217;m not saying that high tuition isn&#8217;t a crappy thing to deal with, but be comparative &#8211; you&#8217;re getting one of the cheapest educations you can already.</description>
