Ingham County Prosecutor charged with soliciting a prostitute, other crimes

Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette and Ingham County Sheriff Gene Wriggelsworth will discuss charges filed against Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings III at a press conference today at 1 p.m, according to the press release. The charges, filed in the 55th District Court in Mason, show three criminal charges dated for Monday, including willful neglect of duty and two counts of engaging in services of a prostitute, according to the Lansing State Journal.

Dunnings was elected prosecutor in 1996 and was re-elected in 2012.
