Armed robbery reported at North Case Hall

MSU police Capt. Doug Monette said the incident appears to be isolated between the people involved and was not a random act. The incident is actively being investigated and anyone with information is asked to call officer Chad Davis at 517-355-2226 or email him at davisc@police.msu.edu.


At about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday night, MSU police report an armed robbery committed at North Case Hall, according to an MSU alert.

MSU police describe the suspects as two black men, dressed in all black, armed with a handgun and headed northbound. Police urge those nearby to use caution and report any suspicious activity.  

Police declined requests for comment late Tuesday night and more information is not available.

This is the second armed robbery reported in less than a week with an earlier incident reported Sunday night in the Chandler Crossings area.
