What: East Lansing's Farmer's Market will feature farmer's from across Michigan selling their products in what Market Manager Heather Surface said she hopes gives shopper "A one-stop-shop and get your breakfast, lunch and dinner there, all at once." Surface said that they have 30 total vendors and that there will be 24 vendors at the market on any given Sunday with some vendors alternating when they come. 

Benefit: Surface said that once the farmers run out of their product for the day, they do not leave early. The farmers stay until the market closes, which allows residents and shoppers a chance to speak to experts in various fields of farming and produce, and ask them questions without a crowd of people trying to purchase their product.
