“When you take a white wrestler, it’s like ‘this guy is a hard worker, he has determination, his technique is really good,’” wrestler Cameron Caffey said. “Then you take a black athlete and they say, ‘Oh yeah, he’s strong, he’s fast, he’s powerful, he’s explosive.’ It’s just little overt things like that that are kind of bias.”
