“I think that four spot will be something that we just gotta continue to work with and evolve,” Merchant said.
“I wouldn't say I fell out of love, but it's definitely stronger now than it's ever been, even in high school and. ... I have a completely different outlook on it,” Winston said.
The Spartans return home to take on Western Michigan on Friday, Nov. 12, to try and find their first win of the season.
