The MSU Women’s Cross Country team finished third and the MSU Men’s Cross Country team finished fifth at the Big Ten Championships in Chicago on Sunday. MSU’s Alexis Wiersma finished second in the Women’s 6K with a time of 19:49.9 but it wasn’t enough to carry the Spartans to back-to-back Big Ten Championships.
