Offensive line play The talent level of the offensive line was a storyline all summer long and it was on full display on Friday night.  The unit kept senior quarterback Connor Cook on his feet all night long—not allowing a single sack in over 28 minutes of possession time. MSU football focused on containing WMU running back Jarvion Franklin

MSU head football coach Mark Dantonio said at his press conference on Tuesday to expect 25 to 30 carries from the Broncos’ “big running back,” sophomore Jarvion Franklin. Franklin was named the Mid American Conference (MAC) Offensive Player of the Year and MAC Freshman of the Year in 2014 after rushing for 1,551 yards and 24 touchdowns.
