The No. 18-ranked Spartans earned a hard-fought win over Indiana Saturday, improving their record to 6-1 on the season and garnering that important sixth win to become officially bowl eligible.

But in the crucial final quarter, with the game's balance hanging up in the air, MSU finished and came out on top 17-9 over the Indiana Hoosiers.
