Struggles continue for MSU Football against ranked teams, Spartans suffer crushing loss to Ohio State

The Michigan State Football team continued its woes against ranked opponents this season as the Spartans fell to Ohio State in crushing fashion, losing 38-3 on Saturday night. MSU has now been outscored 128-10 against the three ranked teams they have faced this year. There has been no sign of improvement in big games, and against the Buckeyes was no different.

The Michigan State Football team has been riding high since Saturday night where they picked up their first victory since September to snap a six game losing streak as they defeated Nebraska 20-17. The victory was celebrated, but it's back to work immediately come a new week. The Spartans have a tall task ahead of them in their upcoming game against No. 1 ranked Ohio State as they look to keep their momentum going in the last few weeks of the season.

This weekend though, he has a chance to send the seniors out on a winning note against Nebraska for their last game at Spartan Stadium, and Barnett has been nothing but positive with his guys in order to keep the mood in the locker room from derailing.
