Versatility from Winston opens more scoring chances for Spartans

In a continuous effort to shake up a “stagnant” offense, freshman guard Cassius Winston could be finishing a new role on the court. Head coach Tom Izzo met with the media on Tuesday for the first time since MSU’s 72-67 loss to Ohio State on Sunday and said with a lack of production from the two and three spots, Winston could be an option for the Spartans moving forward.

MSU women's hockey making strides, sends two players to USA team

When the American Collegiate Hockey Association represents the United States at the 28th Winter World University Games in Almaty, Kazakhstan later this month, MSU will have two Spartans on the roster as MSU’s ACHA Division I women’s club ice hockey players Kelsey Jaeckle and Maddie Wolsmann were selected to the national team.
