MSU’s Office of Inclusive Excellence and Impact, alongside multiple professors, held their event “Conversations on Antisemitism and Islamophobia" Friday morning. Event organizers invited MSU students, faculty and staff members to attend.

MSU professor's lawsuit against university dismissed

A lawsuit filed by a Michigan State University professor accusing MSU of making false allegations of professional misconduct was dismissed by a judge earlier this week. The judge concluded that James Anthony, a professor of epidemiology and biostatistics, and his attorneys did not provide proper evidence to show that MSU violated his due process rights — an allegation present in the initial suit.

Feedback to the "Green and White Council" initiatives has been mixed however, as MSU’s Faculty Senate passed a resolution Tuesday evening pushing back against these plans. Several faculty members argued that some curriculum changes which the initiatives propose overstep traditional academic governance procedures.
