Frace's selection is up for approval from the Board of Trustees at their April 16 meeting. She currently serves as the senior associate vice chancellor and chief finance and budget officer at the University of California, Davis.
According to the center’s website, the LBGTRC is a student-centered campus resource that works to celebrate, affirm and empower LBGTQA+ members of the MSU community. The goal is to create an inclusive campus culture for people of all genders and sexualities through education, engagement, advocacy and student support.
As of March 29, MSU has offered a total amount of over $1,569,675,208 in financial aid for fall 2021 and spring 2022, according to financial aid.
Ballots opened on Monday, March 29, and will remain open until Sunday, April 4.
“As representatives, we should be making sure we fight every instance for all our communities on campus to ensure equity and the opportunity to not be discriminated,” College of Social Science Rep. Julian Trevino said. “It really is repulsive, to be quite frank, that this is still a thing we are debating in today’s day ... We really want to ensure our students on campus feel included, safe, and equal because none of us are above anyone else.”

According to the Office for Education Abroad Website, MSU offers over 275 credits worth of programs around the world with various program types and experiences. This includes both study abroad and study away programs for various different amounts of time. Trips can range from weeks to months to a semester depending on the specific program.
"We continue to be this kind of invisible minority and no more, we will no longer be the silent minority and we will no longer take no for an answer," APIDA MSU Aluma Brady Velazquez said.

Reasons for a rejected sample may include a low or high volume, discoloration, missing barcode, a broken seal or contaminants from eating or drinking within 30 minutes prior to providing a sample.

MSU's Sense-Ability ensemble started working on lyrics and music for their musical adaptation of "What if Wilhelmina" by Joseph Belisle. Their production is geared toward neurodiverse students who may struggle in large crowds or events with sensory overload.
The service will be provided seven days a week like before but will be available in a different time period than in past years. Previously, Safe Ride was available between 9 p.m. and 2:30 a.m., but will be offered between 6 p.m. and 12 a.m. this semester.
Charles McPherson, an alto saxophonist from Detroit, will wrap up the virtual season of the jazz department's Artist in Residence program. Jazz students, who will also be performing with their prerecorded pieces, are inspired by the artists' stories and heritage.
