An MSU student charged with hacking into a Harrisburg, Pa., company's Internet server and downloading copyrighted material filed a guilty plea for computer intrusion with a federal court on June 21, according to a prosecuting attorney. After hearing testimonies on June 30, which included narrative, forensic findings and an alleged confession from a Lansing man charged with attempted home invasion, a district court judge ruled there is enough evidence for criminal court proceedings.
