“After the last couple years where, you know, people have been down and inside, it kind of just felt good to be outside and see the community vibrant, and just having fun, and just having a good time in their costumes,” magician Cameron Zvara said. “Just interacting together, it just felt good to feel like a community again.”

'Period Action Day' brings anti-Tampon Tax participants to the Capitol

“These things people say about our generation are actually what uniquely situate and empower us to be the generation that ends the tampon tax,” co-founder of the University of Michigan Chapter of PERIOD Ashley Rapp said. “We are not here to yell and make noise about irrelevent issues like what we ate for dinner yesterday. MSUPD arrest local men for moped theft

The Ingham County Prosecutor's Office has charged a 54-year-old Lansing resident with receiving and concealing a stolen motor vehicle and resisting and obstructing a police officer. A 37-year-old Leslie resident was also charged with receiving and concealing a stolen motor vehicle.
