Ticketmaster hosted the sale for Olivia Rodrigo's "GUTS" tour in September, along with the controversial sale for Taylor Swift’s “The Eras Tour” this past summer. Many users could not secure tickets to either concert due to Ticketmaster’s “Verified Fan” system, which forces users to enter a presale raffle with a verified account. Nowadays, even just the opportunity to pay for ridiculously overpriced tickets is a prize.

MSU Academic Congress votes to support removal of trustees Vassar, Denno by governor

Michigan State University’s Academic Congress has voted to support the removal of Trustees Rema Vassar and Dennis Denno by the governor after an outside investigation found the trustees violated board bylaws and code of ethics by interfering in university affairs and using student groups to orchestrate attacks against colleagues, among other things.

With a majority vote of 352-65, the bill, in practice, forces ByteDance, the app's parent company, to sell TikTok or be banned for over 150 million users across the country.

Before the race began, SUPR Outreach Coordinator Nasim Saed announced the event had raised over $16,000.

REDress Project installation on MSU campus mourns, honors missing and murdered Indigenous women

TicketTime: The student-made app allowing students to track parking enforcement, limit tickets

MSU students have been receiving parking tickets far and wide and with increased prices, many are trying to figure out the best way to park on campus without breaking the bank. This common problem served as the inspiration for computer science senior Keshav Babu to create the app TicketTime, an app where students can report the presence of parking enforcement in specific lots across campus, giving students the opportunity to avoid the dreaded paper slip under their windshield.
