5 Takeaways from MSU's 37-24 win over Western Michigan.  1. Offensive line play The talent level of the offensive line was a storyline all summer long and it was on full display on Friday night.  The unit kept senior quarterback Connor Cook on his feet all night long—not allowing a single sack in over 28 minutes of possession time. "They did great, they were picking up blitzes," Cook said of his offensive line.

New students, especially freshmen, have been told a lot of information about MSU in the past few days. While most of it is true, there are still a few rumors that have been passed down among students and some of them just seem too good to be true.

MSU Spartan Performance program aims to educate young athletes on injury and wellness

The Michigan State University Spartan Performance program has partnered with the East Lansing High School Athletic Department for a year-round athletic coalition aimed at reducing injuries and educating young athletes on variety of things from mental health wellness, physical training and nutrition. Though the program has been teaming up with specific high school teams from around the Midwest, Dr. Joey Eisenmann, Director of Spartan Performance said that East Lansing was the first district to sign up its entire athletic department.
