Michigan State University announced a change in plans for the fall 2020 semester Tuesday after reported outbreaks of COVID-19 at universities nationwide.
Areas included in the restriction include downtown East Lansing extending from the northern edge of campus, chosen based on the areas where large house parties typically happen.
