A number of motions in the upcoming Ingham County trial for ex-MSU and USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar will be addressed in court Friday. Among the motions to be reviewed include a change of venue for the trial, the contempt of Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette and including or excluding Nassar's child pornography charges as forms of evidence.

A 52-page long document recently released by MSUPD holds all crime reports from 2014 to 2016 that occurred on campus, in off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by MSU including on public property within, or accessible from campus. There is an entire section recounting the alleged sexual assaults committed by former university employee Dr. Larry Nassar.

The U.S. Department of Education is rescinding the previous administration's school sexual assault guidance, it was announced Friday. While a formal review is undertaken, the department has issued a Q&A document for schools on how to investigate allegations of campus sexual misconduct under federal law.

MSU's Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct, or RVSM, policy was updated last month by MSU's Title IX office. Changes to the RVSM policy ranged from editing for clarification to adding new appendices.

Ex-MSU doctor Larry Nassar's two cases in Ingham County have been consolidated into one case, as determined Tuesday at the 30th Judicial Circuit Court in Ingham County. The trial date for this case is set for Dec. 4 at 8:30 a.m.

Ex-MSU doctor Larry Nassar has reportedly agreed to plead guilty to three federal child pornography charges. Nassar has been charged with acquiring and possessing "more than 37,000" images of child pornography as well as the destruction of these files.
