Spartans fall short in straight sets against USC
Michigan State battled through tight rallies and swings but fell 3-0 to USC on Wednesday night at the Breslin Center. The Spartans pushed the Trojans in every set with aggressive swings and determined defense, keeping the score within reach. Despite the energy from the home crowd and several strong individual performances, MSU couldn’t close the late set gaps as USC’s finishing power carried them to the sweep.
