MSU President Kevin Guskiewicz through the years
On May 27, 2026, Michigan State University's President Kevin Guskiewicz announced he will be leaving MSU. Guskiewicz will be joining Clemson University after the university began its presidential search in January. Throughout Guskiewicz's tenure at MSU, he engaged in fundraising activities, attended sports events and highlighted the needs of students, faculty and MSU fans alike.
