Michigan State dominates Toledo in the first half
Michigan State football is starting their season off on the right foot finishing the first half up by 12 points against Toledo in East Lansing, Mich., on Sept. 4, 2026. The Spartans opened up with multiple strong drives keeping Toledo scoreless in the first quarter. Toledo's defense however, found their footing and starting battling back, enabling their offense to get on the field and score a 60 yard touchdown ensuring the game doesn't slip away.
