Dressed in costumes of handmaidens from "The Handmaid's Tale" marchers stood on the steps of the capitol. Women's March Michigan partnered with MI BODY MI CHOICE on Oct. 2, 2021, to host the march. Chants of, "My body, my choice," could be heard during the march that walked to the capitol building.
