Under new ownership, The Woodlark Companies, Westpac Campus Communities and Torchlight Investors are planning the above renovations to Chandler Crossings apartments. Other planned renovations include a yoga studio in The Club, coffee bar lounges in each of the apartment complexes and more cardio equipment in the fitness center.
