All Michigan State University Interfraternity Council recruitment activities are canceled following the death of a member.
In a post shared to social media, the IFC said “this decision was made out of respect and to support one another.”

“Our deepest condolences go out to his family, friends and all who knew him,” the post reads.
The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, which oversees the IFC, was not immediately available for comment.
MSU Spokesperson Amber McCann said the university does not “have any information to share regarding the passing of a student.”
No potential new members are to attend any in person recruitment events.
