Players from the Motor City Cruise — the G-League affiliate of the Detroit Pistons — as well as Grand Valley State, Detroit Mercy, Lansing Community College and other NCAA and NAIA schools will also participate.

High-flying dunks and deep three-pointers are a staple of the Moneyball Pro-Am, which is free to attend and runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 24 to July 31.

In years past, MSU players have taken time to sign autographs and take photos for fans. This year, 11 Spartans will get suited up for the annual summer league.

Team Snipes

• Senior guard Trey Fort, a transfer from Samford who averaged 14.6 points last year.

• Freshman forward Jordan Scott, a four-star recruit ranked No. 2 in Virginia.

Team Motor Cars

• Junior forward Coen Carr, historically a fan favorite at the event with rim-shaking dunks. 

• Freshman forward Cam Ward, a four-star recruit and Maryland Mr. Basketball honoree.

Team Case

• Senior guard Nick Sanders, a fan favorite and MSU Basketball sportsmanship honoree

Team Faygo

• Senior forward Jaxon Kohler, returning to the Moneyball Pro-Am after a season with eight double-doubles.
• Sophomore guard Divine Ugochukwu, a transfer from Miami, where he averaged 5.3 points.

Team Tri Star Trust:

• Senior guard Jeremy Fears, set to take on a larger role as a starting point guard this season. 
• Senior forward Carson Cooper, returning to Moneyball for his fourth season.

Team SPS:

• Senior guard Denham Wojick, a transfer from Harvard and son of Assistant Coach Doug Wojick.
• Sophomore guard Kur Teng, entering his second season with MSU, was once ranked the number one recruit in Massachusetts. 

Games will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Opening night matchups include Team Snipes vs. Team Tri Star Trust, Team Faygo vs. Team Motor Cars, and Team Case vs. Team SPS.
